Cynthia Cummings, Miniature Artisan

Cynthia Cummings was an artist for most of her life, starting at about age five, when my kindergarten teacher told my mom how remarkable my sketches of animals were, (No stick figures for ME! ) I started selling original oil paintings at age 15, and just kept making art. After that, I learned to make original sculptures into porcelain dolls, and even appeared on Eyewitness Mews, with one of my custom portrait dolls, and designed some dolls for The Home Shopping Network. I taught dollmaking, and eventually downsized into making miniatures, my current obsession. I occasionally still do larger, one of a kind dolls, and also original paintings in all sizes. I do commission pieces, so if you have something special that you need made, ASK!
